Year 9 Student Wins Young Muslim Writers Award

Tahmina Hadi and Ayat Uddin entered the Young Muslim Writers Awards 2010. Tahmina won in the 14-16 short story category - a fantastic achievement, well done!

The pictures were taken at a prestigious awards ceremony in central London where the girls also met well renowed writer Shelina Jan Mohammed.

Well Done Tahmina Hadi and Ayat Uddin because I think it would have taken alot of guts and strength to produce your own piece of writing and enter it into the competition. Especially, to Tahmina who won an award.
it takes a lot of confidence and strength to go in to a competition like that and you achieved really good and i wish you great sucsess in the future.:-)
